A specialised recycling solution for nitrile gloves. Nitrile gloves are one of the highest volume single use items in any lab, and they are usually sent to general or clinical waste, this scheme gives gloves their own bin. The price includes collection, sorting and recycling service (at least 5 bins must be ready for collection to qualify - can be a combination of rigid plastic, soft plastic and glove bins).
- Recyclelab collects non-hazardous nitrile gloves of any brand that are dry and free from chemical or biological contamination (or that have been autoclaved following relevant guidance)
- The process is designed to be simple and flexible:
- Step 1: Get your cardboard 90L recycling bins
- Step 2: Fill the bins with dry, non-hazardous gloves
- Step 3: Once a minimum of 5 bins are full (can be a combination of rigid plastic, soft plastic and glove bins), seal them up and send an email to Recyclelab to arrange FREE collection
- Step 4: Recyclelab process the gloves and send for recycling
