This kit allows the principles of basic enzymology to be demonstrated with the simplest of facilities and equipment. The kit includes reagents and instructions to conduct 10 different investigations including a composite experiment which allows a number of properties of enzymes to be considered in a short space of time. All aspects of enzymology are ciovered including the effects of temperature, concentrations, pH and heat to be studied.
